Russian soldiers are now in control of the ambulance sub-station, they do not allow medics to go on calls, only to children in emergencies. The medics have been warned that they will be shot if they leave on their own. Ambulances from other settlements are not allowed in. The local population is unable to buy food and other goods. All shops have been looted, and there are constant searches and snipers in the town. There is also no possibility to get into the city to help the population - the head of Sumy Regional State Administration Dmytro Zhyvitskyy.
