Although adverts can be considered an engine of progress, they are an irritant that many people try to get rid of. Ad blocker extensions have been invented especially for this purpose, but they are practically useless in mobile applications.
But if it's still possible to put up with a pop-up banner in a free game, it's much harder to put up with the fact that adverts interrupt the playback of YouTube videos.
In fact, there are at least two ways to hide YouTube ads. The first involves a paid subscription, which merely compensates the video hosting company for the loss of revenue from adverts. But there is another, no less effective method, which is also completely free. That's what we're going to talk about today.
How to block adverts on YouTube
To hide ads in the YouTube app on iOS:

Download the Luna VPN app to your iPhone or iPad;

Enable it and add the suggested configuration to the list of trusted VPNs;

Now go to the developer's website and download the Adblock Extension profile;

Go to Settings - Profile Downloaded and install the downloaded profile on your device;

Go to "Basic" - "About Device" - "Certificate Trust Settings" and activate the Adblock Extension Root Certificate Authority profile.
After that, unload the YouTube app from your iPhone or iPad, log in again, and start any video. You'll see that the playback progress bar is completely clean and free of the yellow bars that indicate when adverts are activated, and the videos themselves will no longer be interrupted by adverts.
